Our service for owner occupiers is again tailored to meet the demands of our clients.

Whether it is inspecting, appraising, advising and negotiating a property purchase for a home that the client has already found or conducting the exploration from the start, is determined by the individual circumstances, timing requirements and needs of the client.

A preliminary meeting with clients is held to determine the level of service required and the preferences, needs and wants of the client are determined. This initial meeting is free of charge and prospective clients are provided with a schedule of fees prior to authorization and commencement of services.

Rimington Property Advisory regards confidentiality as a critical component of our service and every attempt is made to maintain this confidentiality during and importantly after the purchasing process. Some clients regard this as a primary consideration and regard their family’s privacy a paramount consideration. Rimington conducts all of our services with this principle in place.

Rimington Property Advisory charges the client a fee for service and does not receive commissions from developers or agents. Our fee for service will vary dependent upon the level of service required, and is competitive within the market place. The fee for service is only paid in full upon achieving a successful purchase for and on behalf of the client.
