Our expat service is designed to provide expats with a complete service and often involves "doing the leg work". Whether the property being sought is for investment or occupation purposes, often the biggest hurdles are accentuated by distance and encompass uncertainty about the local market, inability to inspect properties, a lack of confidence in dealing with the Auction system and agents who can often be intimidating.

Rimington Property Advisory can take the worry out of the transaction for you and provide a service tailored specifically to your individual needs and requirements. As we are totally independent, we are able to access the whole market and review and advise on an unbiased basis, acting solely for you – our client.

Rimington Property Advisory has established relationships with specialist relocation companies, and can work closely with these groups to ensure a smooth transaction for expatriates returning home. Alternatively if your employer deals with a specific relocation company we are happy to liaise with this group to assist with the smooth transition into your new property.

A fee for service applies for our expat service and is discussed and agreed upon prior to any authorization.
