Rimington Property Advisory specializes in property advisory and advocacy services for both property investors and home owners (including expatriates). Our services are based on over 25 years experience within the real estate and property market in Melbourne.

Director and head of our advisory service is Tim Reynolds. Tim is a fully licensed Estate Agent, but unlike most agents/advocates, Tim holds a Bachelor of business in Property (majoring in finance) from RMIT University, a Certificate of Business in Real Estate and a Diploma of Financial Services in Financial Planning.

Dealing in the real estate and property market can be a daunting and scary prospect for those not continually involved and up to date with the latest rules, legislation and agent practices. Having this knowledge and the ability to negotiate under instructions, professionally and without emotional ties is a key to our success.
