Rimington Advisory:

Property advisory and advocacy service, for property investors, home buyers and expatriates. Commercial, Industrial and Residential property. All suburbs of Melbourne and the major regional cities of Victoria.

Rimington Finance:

Reverse mortgage and equity release specialists. Helping home owners over 60 years of age access the equity in their homes. Buy a new car, go on a holiday, make repairs to your home or put in that kitchen you have always wanted. Terms and conditions apply.

Rimington comprises two companies: Rimington Property Pty Ltd and Rimington Financial Services Pty Ltd.

Rimington Financial Services Pty Ltd is a member of the following industry bodies:

• AFG - Australia’s largest finance aggregator.
• SEQUAL an organisation dedicated to the professionalism of brokers dealing with reverse mortgages and equity release products.
• Rimington Financial Services is accredited with a large number of lending institutions including numerous Banks and specialist industry related lenders.
• Through our association with AFG, Rimington is able to refer clients to specialist financial and insurance advisors to assist clients and provide a more complete service.

Rimington Property Pty Ltd is a member of the following industy bodies:

• AIBB - Australian Institute of Business Brokers Inc.
• Tim Reynolds is the Managing Director and Officer in effective control of the business and is a fully licensed Estate Agent in the state of Victoria.
• Tim Reynolds has been operating within the Real Estate, Property and Broking industries since 1983 and holds the following tertiary qualifications: Bachelor Business (Property), Certificate Business (Real Estate), Diploma Financial Services (Financial Planning).
• Tim Reynolds has in the past held numerous positions on industry based interest groups and committees including secretary of the Eastern Branch of the REIV.
• Rimington Property Pty Ltd holds a Corporate Estate Agents license in the state of Victoria.

While Rimington is based in Kew Victoria, we are happy to assist clients in most towns and regional cities of Victoria.
